  4. * Timbre - load a single Timbre
  5.    use Pch# to select the Part to load
  6. * Timbre Bank - load all 128 Timbres
  7. * Roland Timbre data does NOT contain
  8.   names but can be added using the
  9.   'Fill Name' Bank Edit Function

  11. * If you have a different list of samples
  12.   in your D-10 compared to those listed
  13.   in the Timbre editor
  14.   - go to the D-10 directory
  15.   - delete Timbre.sqt
  16.   - rename TimbrAlt.sqt as Timbre.sqt
  17.   - you should now get the correct list

  19. * Match D-10 Unit # to Comm Ch

  21. WARNING: D-10 instruments with ROM
  22. software versions less than 1.05
  23. have MIDI SysX bugs and will not
  24. work properly in many instances.

  26. To obtain the ROM version hold down
  27. the DATA TRANSFER and EDIT buttons
  28. and turn on the instrument.
